Auto Body Shop Warranty

1. Metalwork:

Our promise comes with a national limited lifetime warranty covering all metalwork and framework involved in collision repairs, including welding and material application. This warranty safeguards against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.

2. Painting & Stripes:

We provide a national limited lifetime warranty for painting-related priming and paintwork, protecting against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. additionally, our assurance includes a national limited lifetime warranty for the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals.

3. Mechanical Repairs:

For all mechanical repairs directly tied to the original collision damage, Trust Auto Collision offers a lifetime limited warranty. We commit to re-repairing any warranted mechanical assembly or component within the warranty period, excluding damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

4. Parts:

Our commitment extends to a lifetime limited warranty for new parts installed, unless the manufacturer's warranty differs. we guarantee to re-repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby within the warranty period, excluding damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. Additionally, a one (1) month limited warranty is provided for used parts.

Exclusions:

We do not cover incidental costs such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or any assemblies and components not explicitly covered by this limited warranty. Consequential damages, such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or its installation during the repair, are also not covered. Rust, surface rust, rust-through, and damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels are specifically excluded.

Alterations and transferability:

This written warranty becomes null and void if repairs are altered, adjusted, or tampered with by unauthorized individuals. it is not transferable.

Customer obligations:

To avail the benefits of this warranty, the vehicle owner must:

Present the owner’s copy of this warranty document before requesting warranted repairs or parts.

Have any warranted repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at our premises during normal business hours.

Limitation of implied warranties:

All warranties implied by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the warranty period stated herein and expire at the end of such period.

By accepting our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty.
